Greenhill Towers
OVERVIEW
Greenhill Towers is a twelve-story 230,600 SQFT commercial office building. The property management team’s goal is to provide the best occupant comfort and indoor air quality while maintaining energy efficiency. Initial changes to the BAS to improve occupant comfort resulted in high energy usage and did not yield significant changes to the key performance indicators (KPIs) developed to track results. Claraxio was seamlessly integrated to the existing building network using BACnet/IP protocol to continuously collect and analyze trend data from the BAS for all HVAC equipment, facilitate development of energy efficiency measures, and update KPIs via project management building health dashboard graphic updated in real-time.

- Close to 1,900 points are trending at a 15-minute interval to collect data.

- Six AHU and four chilled water plant optimization measures identified and implemented.
- 10% energy savings are predicted with a one-year ROI post implementation.
